A blue enamel plaque is surrounded by beautiful split pearls and topped with a trilogy of old cut diamonds. Similar in style to bague au firmament celestial jewellery. The blue enamel has a rayed design which almost has a holographic effect when it catches light. The pearls are approximately 3. 5mm in diameter.
