The color is beautiful the furry side is soft and the bottom side has Sherpa on it which is also soft. It's not super heavy and it keeps me warm and it fits my king size bed perfectly. It is such a good value for the money and the quality of it is amazing do yourself a favor and purchase this you will get the best Sleep Quality of your life I swear. I wish I would have had this years ago I don't know what took me so long to find it I have bought several blankets and ended up throwing them away because I did not like the way they felt. This one will be a keeper.
