Harvested on 21st September 2016 and aged in 205L Champagne oak barrels without filtration, it undergoes a natural cold stabilisation and is bottled with a minimal dosage of 5g l. Disgorged in June 2022. The wine reveals a satin like, pale golden hue with deep straw yellow
