Imperial Taper Lock Bush 1310- 5/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

I used this to change the oil on my BMW M8 with the S63 engine. It was a perfect fit. It extended far enough onto the filter housing to be quite secure with no risk of slipping off and stripping the housing. It was snug on the housing and did not bind up due to having a loose fit. The tool feels well-built and I suspect it will outlive me given my occasional personal use. It would still probably hold up well even for daily shop use as long as it was not abused (repeatedly dropped, slammed around, etc).
