This would have been printed in 1945, very early after the war ended, as it mentions the Kriegs Kommandantur der Roten Armee, Marienburg. Marienburg was West Prussia and was given to Poland. However, in the weeks after the war it was still under the Red Army's control.

EDITED TO ADD: the seller reached out after I left this review and told me the heads are replaceable! Mine didn't come with extra heads and I didn't realize they came off. Thank for reaching out! It looks like the product even comes with replacement heads now and you can also buy them separately. Perfect! These are great. _________ My kids love these toothbrushes and I love that they're rechargeable without needing batteries. However, the charging feature is almost completely negated by the fact that you can't replace the heads! It would be a 5 star if you could swap those out.
