It doesn't look to have been used much, if at all. The black paint is in great shape, with no scratches or chips. There is some storage wear aging on the metal parts. Spare bulbs available separately.

A trainer recommended these for training and our dog loves the taste. They are small and easily handled. There are some larger/longer pieces that can easily be broken in half. With these I am not worried about her spoiling her dinner or gaining extra weight. They don't have much of a smell and being dry, my hands stay relatively clean. She has no problem chewing them as the texture is firm but soft being freeze dried. It can be easy to go through them quickly which made buying the three pack an easy decision.
